I just discovered that Chris McLaughlin and
Nate Jurewicz created a complete “autopilot”
real estate system that puts money in your
pocket … and you hardly have to do a thing.

Seems hard to believe. But they got PROOF.

In fact, Nate loves to brag how he doesn’t
even have to leave his pad to make … get
this … 5 to 6 figures PER MONTH! (I’ll
show you the proof in just a minute)

But there’s a catch … these two guys aren’t
willing to let ANYONE in on their system
unless they first go to their site and read
their fr*ee eBook first:
http://www.ShortSalesRiches.com

They only want to deal with serious people.
I was not kidding when I said 5 to 6 figures per
month … for most of us, that’s serious cash. So
they’re not going to deal with anyone who’s
stuck on stupid. Or got a wish-bone for a
back bone.

Because if you can’t make a ton of cash with
this system, you better check and make sure
you got a pulse. It’s that simple. But you’ve got
to show that you’re committed … the first step
in showing that you can take on a commitment
is by being able to following a few simple
directions.

The first one is to go to
http://www.ShortSalesRiches.com,
and pick up a their F*REE eBook. Fast.

Because word has it, once they get the right
number of investors who understand their
system, they’re closing the doors to new ones.

I mean, if you could rake in that much dough
per month, I’ll bet you wouldn’t want to deal
with anyone who wasn’t at least committed
enough to download and read a no-cost eBook.

So what are you waiting for? Go!
http://www.ShortSalesRiches.com

Sincerely,

Dustin Mathews

P.S. - Remember about the proof I said about
these guys doing five or six figures per month
at this?

They got a letter from a CPA validating that.

Check it out at http://www.ShortSalesRiches.com/

By now, unless you’ve been under a rock for the last week, then you already know about the free webinar that copywriter, author and emotional direct-marketing consultant Craig Garber is hosting on Thursday, October 23rd at 12 noon for members of my list ONLY.

I already told you that Craig is going to do two sales copy critiques of marketing pieces, which he normally charges $897 for, but… Craig’s going even one step FURTHER.

Here, let me explain: as you know, people make buying decisions based on emotions. They will often then later try and rationalize their decision-making using logic, but reality is, if you aren’t able to engage your prospects in an emotionally compelling manner, then you’re going to have an impossible time making the sale.

Because of a somewhat tumultuous childhood Craig had, he has an inherent ability to understand what makes people “tick.” So when Craig shows you his ad re-writes he’s done (remember, he’s written campaigns that have received a 42.7% response) on the Free webinar he’s hosting, he’s not only going to show you what’s wrong, but… you’ll also be given the inside scoop about how to push your prospects emotional buy-buttons, step-by-step.

Craig will take you by the hand and walk you through each of these ad re-writes and explain the right way… and the wrong way… of doing this.

To register for and participate on this free webinar and listen to Craig on Thursday, October 23rd at 12noon, Eastern time, simply visit this link, right now:

http://www.thekingswebinar.com

Talk to you soon, Dustin Mathews

P.S. The other day, I received a number of questions on something I mentioned about Craig. I said,

“…recently, Craig started a new, niche business with a former client of his. Before even lifting a finger to develop the marketing systems for the initial clients, he was able to collect $84,000 in fees, ahead of time! (Oh, and by the way, this was the second time he did this. The first time, in the Pre-Foreclosure area, he collected $45,000.) What made this new venture particularly spectacular though, was that 3 weeks prior to signing up, these folks had never even so much as heard Craig’s name before! In the Pre-Foreclosure business, each of the clients involved were already (at a minimum) newsletter subscribers of his.”

People have been asking me what business Craig started, so I wanted to tell you he started a program for loan officers who are interested in generating leads from homeowners who are looking to get out of their current ARM loans that are about to reset soon or have already reset.

Again, to participate on the webinar, simply visit this link, right now:

The last couple of times we spoke, I was all pumped up about the free webinar Craig Garber is hosting on Thursday, October 23rd at 12 noon. I am now even MORE excited, and you should be too. I’ll tell you why in just a minute, but first, I wanted to talk about a few of the things Craig’s done, because I really can’t emphasize what a privilege it is, to listen to him speak, and how much you’re going to learn.

Here are just a few of the many thing’s Craig is responsible for:

* Last year, he encouraged a client to “dump” his old, non-performing business that was draining the life out of him, and get into one that would leverage his talents and relationships more effectively. He then wrote the client’s first mailer. Result: An UNHEARD of 42.7% response on the client’s FIRST mailing, and $152,751 in sales. (And no, you are NOT misreading this. The response rate really was 42.7% — you can read about the true story here: http://www.kingofcopy.com/leads )

Oh, and by-the-way, the client — Brian Deacon, a former VP of Global Marketing at Microsoft - who worked side by side with Bill Gates — expects this new business to bring him in over $3.5 Million Dollars in revenue over the next 12 months. Not bad for a guy who was drowning in debt and ready to abandon his dream of becoming a successful entrepreneur just a few short months before, is it?

* Another lead-generation piece Craig wrote for Chet Rowland, from Odessa, Florida, in what you’d think was a completely unresponsive marketplace (pest control!), pulled a 7.5% when mailed out to a COLD list! In fact, Chet split-test no less than THREE different versions of pieces Craig wrote, and all three came within 7% of each other!

* Mike Miget, a residential mortgage broker in St. Louis, came to Craig because he needed help! His business is obviously HIGHLY competitive. He’d been studying direct-marketing for over 10 years, and he’d also worked wih a number of “gurus” already, but yet… nothing would make his business budge. Using some VERY clever techniques, Craig created a piece for Mike that increased the number of leads he is now getting by over 50%, and… since these new leads are also far better qualified leads, his net profits are up well OVER 60%!

* And recently, Craig started a new, niche business with a former client of his. Before even lifting a finger to
develop the marketing systems for the initial clients, he was able to collect $84,000 in fees, ahead of time! (Oh, and by the way, this was the second time he did this. The first time, in the Pre-Foreclosure area, he collected $45,000.) What made this new venture particularly spectacular though, was that 3 weeks prior to signing up, these folks had never even so much as heard Craig’s name before! In the Pre-Foreclosure program, each of the clients involved were already (at a minimum) newsletter subscribers of his.

The point is, you’re going to get a lot out of Craig. He’s not only someone who gives good advice, but as you can see, he also practices what he preaches, and he’s successful on his own merit. He also has not one, but TWO new books coming out before the end of the year, which you should keep your eyes opened for.

Now here’s why I’m excited! After you register for the webinar, Craig is also giving you a free interview he did with a man who’s sold in excess of $300 Million Dollars worth of goods and services. All you need to do is register for this event, and you’ll get to listen to this interview, immediately.

To register for this event, simply visit this link:

http://www.thekingswebinar.com

Talk to you soon,

Dustin Mathews

P.S. A number of people have e-mailed me, asking if they should take the free test-drive of Craig’s offline
newsletter, and my response to this is a resounding “Yes!” I’ve been a paying subscriber myself for over a year, and his newsletter is not only an incredible wellspring of fresh creative marketing ideas any business-owner can easily adapt and tap into, but he’s also quite an entertaining guy. He’ll make you laugh — and in some issues, he’ll even make you cry.

It’s quite an experience, like nothing else you’ve ever seen, and you can expect the same thing on this webinar. To participate on the webinar, simply visit this link, right now:

Last time we spoke, I told you about the free webinar being hosted by Craig Garber, a guy I consider to be the sharpest marketer I know.

The response to this has been so overwhelming that in addition to giving you “The 5 Biggest Marketing Mistakes Entrepreneurs Make, That Are Costing You A Small Fortune!,” Craig is also going to do two free ad-copy reviews for you.

See, Craig’s the kind of guy that gets pumped up when he’s around a group of doers. And since being able to create a productive ad is one of the biggest challenges any entrepreneur faces, he figured going through this first-hand, “live” on the webinar where he can point out mistakes and answer your specific questions, is the best thing he can do to help you.

Craig charges $897 for sales copy critiques — you can see this on his website at http://www.kingofcopy.com/salescopyreview — so make sure you don’t miss out on this Free Webinar on Thursday, October 23rd at 12 noon, where he’s going to do two of them for you, free!

To register for this event, simply visit this link here:

http://www.thekingswebinar.com

Also, a number of people have e-mailed me, asking if they should take the free test-drive of Craig’s offline
newsletter, and my response to this is a resounding “Yes!” I’ve been a paying subscriber myself for over a year, and his newsletter is not only an incredible wellspring of fresh creative marketing ideas you can easily tap into and adapt to any business, but he’s also quite an entertaining guy. He’ll make you laugh — and in some issues, he’ll even make you cry.

It’s quite an experience, like nothing else you’ve ever seen.

Tune into this webinar and listen to Craig on Thursday, October 23rd at 12noon, Eastern time. Like I said, with his marketing and professional hands on experience actually selling services out there in the marketplace, just like you and me, he is someone who has been in your shoes.

To participate on the webinar, simply visit this link, right now:

http://www.thekingswebinar.com

Talk to you soon, Dustin Mathews

P.S. Craig charges a small fortune for his services. He will NOT sit down and work with a private client for less than $60,000 dollars plus royalties… and it’ll cost you $7,500 a day to consult with him (he only takes on one of these clients per month, and you must fly down to meet him in his home office in Tampa, Florida), so if you’re smart, you’ll take advantage of this rare opportunity, because I can promise, you won’t EVER have a shot at working with Craig in a “free” event, ever again.

Here’s the webinar registration link: http://www.thekingswebinar.com

Whoa momma, sit down, because what’s about to happen next is going to hit you like a cold shower first thing in the morning.

Listen to this.

About a year ago, I heard this guy called “The King Of Copy,” speak live at a presentation. I’d known of him for a while, and I had actually been a subscriber of his offline newsletter (which is awesome, by the way), for a few months at this point.

So I already knew that as presumptuous as the “King Of Copy” sounds, reality is, this guy is an incredible copywriter, and if anyone’s deserving of “the crown” — it’s him alright.

After I heard him speak, I knew the image he projects in his offline newsletter (called Seductive Selling), was for real, and so I immediately applied to join his Mastermind Group. I’ve been with the king — his name is Craig Garber — for probably close to a year now, and during that time, my business has absolutely exploded.

In fact, if it wasn’t for the work I have been doing with Craig, it isn’t likely you and I would even be talking. He’s been instrumental in helping me create and implement many of the strategies I’ve used, to become successful.

The truth is, not only is Craig a very sharp marketer with an incredible work ethic, who gets his clients incredible results, but… he’s also actually a very kind and caring family guy as well.

But… that’s STILL not why you should care.

There are a few things you should know about this Craig, that make him uniquely qualified to help not only YOU, but literally every single person on my list. In fact, he is probably more qualified to help my list members than anyone else I’ve ever introduced you to.

And here’s why The best thing about Craig is that he isn’t someone who just decided one day, to become a marketing expert. No siree. He learned everything the hard way.

See, he started his career as a CPA working for Arthur Young in New York CIty (now Ernst & Young), and then he got into sales.

And what did he sell?

Well, first he sold property and casualty insurance, and then he went into financial planning. After specializing in estate planning with a large national outfit for 6 years, he then opened up his own small firm. He became a registered principal selling securities and life insurance, while still maintaining his estate planning practice.

And the reason why he got into direct-response marketing and copywriting in the first place, is because no matter what he did, marketing-wise — he just couldn’t seem to attract clients to his practice.

Like most business-owners, he was incredibly technically sharp at what he did, and as honest as the day is long, but… in spite of all this, he was flat-broke.

He learned the hard way, the harsh reality of business: Unless you have some sort of a steady and systematic way of attracting business, how “bright” you are is completely irrelevant.

After all, you don’t get any extra points for being the smartest broke business-owner in town, now do you?

But nine years ago, Craig started studying emotional direct-response marketing, and boy oh boy did he learn how to attract business!

He eventually left his financial planning practice, and last year in his publishing and consulting business, he made a little over $578,000 with an online list of less than 5,000 names! Now I will tell you that there are loads of people online making more money than this, but these are people who several hundred thousand people on their list, not 5,000.

What Craig did is completely unheard of!

And next year, because of a couple of new businesses he started (one, helping residential loan officers), he will pull in over 7 figures. And, he does this with ONE full-time employee, and a few contract people scattered around the internet.

And how did this all start? How did he get so good at marketing and at writing sales copy?

The answer is simple. Craig was a frustrated and broke business-owner who knew nothing about generating leads or attracting business. He’d just declared bankruptcy following a devastating custody battle… and he had three young kids to support and was sick and tired of being broke.

He then went on a journey that is nothing shy of incredible (that’s another story for another day), and ultimately it led him to where he is now. Today, he lives in a beautiful lake-house just outside of Tampa, Florida with his wife and their three children (including his 2 sons he once lost custody of — again, another story for another day). From his second-floor home office he overlooks his 18 and a half foot bass-fishing boat which sits just beyond the orange, banana and pink grapefruit trees in his yard. And his home today is a far cry from the Bronx projects he grew up in, in spite of the fact that he’s had more than his fair share of ups and downs.

Well, after bugging Craig for about three months, I was finally able to get on his calendar (And I’m in his “inside” circle!), and he’s agreed to put on a webinar for all the business-owners on my list, called “The 5 Biggest Marketing Mistakes Entrepreneurs Make, That Are Costing You A Small Fortune: Which one of the are YOU making right now?”

Yes, that’s a bold and daring title of a workshop, but that’s the way Craig is. He feels if someone isn’t ready to deal with the truth, then they’ll never be able to deal with the solution to their problems. And although this is sort of “tough love,” when you think about it… it’s true, isn’t it?

So with that in mind, I want to extend this invitation to you, to tune into this event and listen to Craig on Thursday, October 23rd at 12noon, Eastern time. Like I said, with his marketing and professional hands on experience, he is probably the most qualified person in America, to help you, specifically.

To participate on the webinar, simply visit this link, right now:
http://www.thekingswebinar.com

And look, I’m not going to lie to you and tell you that we only have “97 spots open” for this one, or something stupid like that. This is 2008, for goodness sakes, you can pretty much do anything you want! But I will tell you that I do expect LOADS of people on my list to be on this webinar, and when that happens, there are always complications with connections, lines, whatever.

So what I will say, is just make sure you get on this webinar EARLY. Because in a case like this, it is far better to be fifteen minutes too early, than even one minute… too late! Here’s that link, and speak to you on the 23rd at 12 noon Eastern time:

http://www.thekingswebinar.com

I’ll see you soon
Dustin Mathews

P.S. Craig charges a small fortune for his services. He will NOT sit down and work with a private client for less than $60,000 dollars plus royalties… and it’ll cost you $7,500 a day to consult with him (he only takes on one of these clients per month, and you must fly down to meet him in his home office in Tampa, Florida), so if you’re smart, you’ll take advantage of this rare opportunity, because I
can promise, you won’t EVER have a shot at working with Craig in a “free” event, ever again.

Also, Craig’s “all about content” so bring your “A” game to this event. If you snooze on this one — you most definitely lose, period.

Here’s the webinar registration link: http://www.thekingswebinar.com

The Story Of The Two Flippers
By Pre$ton Ely

Once upon a time, there were two real estate wholesalers. Flip and Skip. They lived in a small town called Flipville. Flipville, USA.

Life was good in Flipville for little Flip and Skip. They were both really good at flipping houses. They would flip houses all day long. Then they would meet at a local bar, give each other a high five, and drink a beer.

Life was good.

Then one day, Skip made what turned out to be a disastrous mistake. He bought a t.v. and started watching CNN.

You see, unbeknownst to Flip and Skip, the country was in a recession. But they didn’t know that. And like the complete idiots they were, they just kept right on doing business as usual, flipping houses every day and meeting at night for a high five and a beer!

But this was all about to change.

As fate would have it, Skip didn’t show up at the bar one night. Flip sat there by himself all night long. And it sucked because he had to just high five himself because the bartender was a jerk and wouldn’t play along.

Flip was temped to get upset about the whole thing, but he didn’t. He tried, but no matter how hard he tried it didn’t work cuz he was too happy about all the houses he flipped that day.

**********************************************************************
“Oh well,” thought little Flip as he walked home. “It’s Skip’s loss. We’ll just have to do TWO high fives tomorrow night.” He laughed himself to sleep.

But tomorrow night came. And Skip was nowhere to be found.

And the next night came. No Skip.

This continued for two weeks.

“That’s it, I’m pissed,” thought Flip. “I’ve high fived myself 14 nights in a row. This is getting ridiculous. I’m going over to Skip’s house to do my dang high five the right way.”

Flip punched the bartender in the face for not ever high fiving him, then turned and stormed out of the bar. Flip was a nice guy, but sometimes even nice guys need to stand up to injustices.
The walk over to Skips definitely sucked bad. It was like 19 miles or so, and he started getting a cramp from whistling too much while he walked. He knew if he stopped whistling his cramp would probably go away, but he just couldn’t stop himself. He really loved whistling. And in case you’re wondering, there are no such thing as cars in Flipville.

Eventually, Flip limped up to Skip’s driveway (which was weird because there’s no cars in Flipville).
“What the heck is Skip doing with a driveway,” whistled Flip. “Oh well, who cares,” he thought as he crawled up towards the door in excruciating pain from his cramps. “I’m just happy to finally be here. I wonder what Skip is doing.”

As Flip made his way to the door, his stomach sank as he caught the reflection of the most perverted thing you could ever imagine bouncing off the picture window…
Richard Quest reporting live on CNN!!!

“WHAT IN THE HECK IS GOING ON???” yelled Flip as he barged through the door.

And there lye Skip on the Lazy Boy.

Unshaven (which was nothing new, but still..).

Drooling (definitely new).

Eyes glazed over … just staring at the screen like a zombie.

“Come on in, Flip,” Skip said lackadaisically. Pull up a chair. You’re never gonna believe what’s going on with the economy. We’re in a recess. No one is making any money right now. It’s all over. We can’t flip houses anymore. No one will ever buy them.”

Flip couldn’t believe what he was hearing. I mean, he knew Skip wasn’t the brightest star in the sky, but this was just a whole new level of stupidity that he was surprised even existed in a living human.
“I flipped 19 houses today you freakin’ idiot!” yelled Flip as he smacked little Skip straight off the Lazy Boy. And we’re not in a “recess” either, jackass. I’m pretty sure that’s not even how you say it.

**********************************************************************
**********************************************************************
Now, Skip, you’re not gonna like this very much probably, but it’s for your own good. You’ll thank me later maybe.”

At this, Skip watched with a look of horror in is eyes as Flip bounced off the couch, flew through the air like a Pokemon, and karate kicked the tv straight out the picture window and onto the driveway.
“Why do I have that driveway?” thought Skip.

Then Flip smacked Skip straight across the face. Again. Hard.

“Skip, you are getting stupider and stupider by the day. Why in the heck did you buy that dumb tv? Worse yet, what were you thinking watching the NEWS???? And on CNN of all stations!

Don’t you realize that your mind has no choice but to give you what you put IN it? If you start listening to a bunch of stuff about a recess, you’re gonna become poor, just like you’re doing right now!”

“And if you put Richard Quest in your mind, you’re gonna turn into a crack head with a rope tied from your neck to your testicles standing outside in Central Park with a sex toy in your socks looking like a complete tool! Google it if you don’t believe me. Is that what you want???”

Skip thought about it. He definitely did NOT want to tie anything around his testicles. And he was starting to get hungry. Ever since he started living in a recess he hadn’t had any desire to go out and flip houses so he was totally broke.

“Flip, you’re right. I’ve made a huge mistake watching the news about this recess. The pretty people on the screen were just so convincing that I figured it MUST be true. I figured they must be smarter than me since they’re the ones on tv. So I just started acting that way and it BECAME true for me! What a moron I’ve been! Thank you for coming to rescue me!”

“You’re welcome, Skip. Now, take this house I bought today and go flip it to one of the OTHER people out there like us who don’t give a crap WHAT that stupid tv says and are just doing business as usual because they’re not total puppet-robots of the media like you started to be for a second there.”
So Skip went out and flipped the house to one of the other non-suckers in less than 17 minutes. He felt better, but something was still missing.

“I know what it is,” thought Skip.

He grabbed Flip, ran down to the bar, did a high five and drank a beer. His sense of sanity was immediately restored. Then he beat the bartender up for being so mean to Flip while he was gone.
The End.

The Moral Of The Story –

97 out of 100 people get depressed after watching the news. 3 out of 100 people actually make anything out of their lives worth a crap.

You do the math.

Someone has put together a real estate investing program that Actually works.
And the end result of this is remarkable.

Charles’s new system makes it incredibly easy (no kidding). That is it. I’ve HAD it. NO More…

(2) NO More having to do it all yourself…
(3) NO More getting frustrated at your lack of successful Real Estate Investing results….
(4) NO More throwing your money away on useless programs, unless that’s something you enjoy…
