Free Interview with the “$300 Million Dollar Man!”

The last couple of times we spoke, I was all pumped up about the free webinar Craig Garber is hosting on Thursday, October 23rd at 12 noon. I am now even MORE excited, and you should be too. * Another lead-generation piece Craig wrote for Chet Rowland, from Odessa, Florida, in what you’d think was a completely unresponsive marketplace (pest control!), pulled a 7.5% when mailed out to a COLD list! In fact, Chet split-test no less than THREE different versions of pieces Craig wrote, and all three came within 7% of each other!
* Mike Miget, a residential mortgage broker in St. Louis, came to Craig because he needed help! His business is obviously HIGHLY competitive. He’d been studying direct-marketing for over 10 years, and he’d also worked wih a number of “gurus” already, but yet… nothing would make his business budge. Using some VERY clever techniques, Craig created a piece for Mike that increased the number of leads he is now getting by over 50%, and… since these new leads are also far better qualified leads, his net profits are up well OVER 60%!

Whoa momma, sit down, because what’s about to happen next is going to hit you like a cold shower first thing in the morning.
Listen to this.
About a year ago, I heard this guy called “The King Of Copy,” speak live at a presentation. I’d known of him for a while, and I had actually been a subscriber of his offline newsletter (which is awesome, by the way), for a few months at this point.
So I already knew that as presumptuous as the “King Of Copy” sounds, reality is, this guy is an incredible copywriter, and if anyone’s deserving of “the crown” — it’s him alright.
After I heard him speak, I knew the image he projects in his offline newsletter (called Seductive Selling), was for real, and so I immediately applied to join his Mastermind Group. I’ve been with the king — his name is Craig Garber — for probably close to a year now, and during that time, my business has absolutely exploded.
In fact, if it wasn’t for the work I have been doing with Craig, it isn’t likely you and I would even be talking. He’s been instrumental in helping me create and implement many of the strategies I’ve used, to become successful.
The truth is, not only is Craig a very sharp marketer with an incredible work ethic, who gets his clients incredible results, but… he’s also actually a very kind and caring family guy as well.
But… that’s STILL not why you should care.
There are a few things you should know about this Craig, that make him uniquely qualified to help not only YOU, but literally every single person on my list. In fact, he is probably more qualified to help my list members than anyone else I’ve ever introduced you to.

See, he started his career as a CPA working for Arthur Young in New York CIty (now Ernst & Young), and then he got into sales.

Well, first he sold property and casualty insurance, and then he went into financial planning. After specializing in estate planning with a large national outfit for 6 years, he then opened up his own small firm. He became a registered principal selling securities and life insurance, while still maintaining his estate planning practice.
And the reason why he got into direct-response marketing and copywriting in the first place, is because no matter what he did, marketing-wise — he just couldn’t seem to attract clients to his practice.
Like most business-owners, he was incredibly technically sharp at what he did, and as honest as the day is long, but… in spite of all this, he was flat-broke.
He learned the hard way, the harsh reality of business: Unless you have some sort of a steady and systematic way of attracting business, how “bright” you are is completely irrelevant.
After all, you don’t get any extra points for being the smartest broke business-owner in town, now do you?
But nine years ago, Craig started studying emotional direct-response marketing, and boy oh boy did he learn how to attract business!
He eventually left his financial planning practice, and last year in his publishing and consulting business, he made a little over $578,000 with an online list of less than 5,000 names! Now I will tell you that there are loads of people online making more money than this, but these are people who several hundred thousand people on their list, not 5,000.
What Craig did is completely unheard of!
And next year, because of a couple of new businesses he started (one, helping residential loan officers), he will pull in over 7 figures. And, he does this with ONE full-time employee, and a few contract people scattered around the internet.
And how did this all start? How did he get so good at marketing and at writing sales copy?
The answer is simple. Craig was a frustrated and broke business-owner who knew nothing about generating leads or attracting business. He’d just declared bankruptcy following a devastating custody battle… and he had three young kids to support and was sick and tired of being broke.
He then went on a journey that is nothing shy of incredible (that’s another story for another day), and ultimately it led him to where he is now. Today, he lives in a beautiful lake-house just outside of Tampa, Florida with his wife and their three children (including his 2 sons he once lost custody of — again, another story for another day). From his second-floor home office he overlooks his 18 and a half foot bass-fishing boat which sits just beyond the orange, banana and pink grapefruit trees in his yard. And his home today is a far cry from the Bronx projects he grew up in, in spite of the fact that he’s had more than his fair share of ups and downs.

A lot of people ask me this, so I thought I’d share this with you…
There is no shortage of people claiming they can show you riches in teleseminars! And without a doubt, teleseminars can be extremely profitable and a huge list building opportunity when they are conducted properly. This article is aimed at teaching you 5 different Teleseminar profit models and how you can use them in your business. Subsequent articles will go through each in greater detail.
Teleseminar Profit Model #1: Training Series
The fastest and easiest way to create a new product is through a Teleseminar Training Series. The biggest benefit here is that you are able to test a concept or training before you invest $1000s in product creation and marketing. Often times, you “gold mine” product comes out of one particular segment that you teach in a 4 to 8 part Teleseminar series. Not only do you make up front money by selling the Teleseminar series itself, you generate enough money to create the physical product that you can sell later provided the market demand is strong.
Teleseminar Profit Model #2: Interview an Expert
We routinely generate over half a million dollars by running a weekly Teleseminar with a different industry expert. Here’s how it works: You find an expert to interview. You set up and promote the Teleseminar. You interview the expert live on the phone and direct participants to a sales page following the Teleseminar. You get 50% of the profits. That means… that if the Teleseminar brings in $10,000, you make $5,000 just for setting up, hosting and promoting a Teleseminar.
Teleseminar Profit Model #3: Sell Your Own Existing Product
You can hold a weekly Teleseminar (or sporadic even) to sell one of your own products. You simply invite all new – and sometimes existing – subscribers to attend your Teleseminar. At the end of the Teleseminar, you invite them to order your continuing education (i.e. your product). The beauty of this model is that once you get a call that converts well, you can simply replay it each and every week and turn your income on autopilot. There are several services that will do the replay for you or you can simply record the call yourself and play it back.
Teleseminar Profit Model #4: Resource and Tips Training
This is a great model to do once per quarter. You can collect all of your favorite resources and tips that you have collected (and can get paid an affiliate commission on) and give a resources and tips Teleseminar. The key here, however, is to make sure that you set up your affiliate links beforehand, create a study guide, or tips sheet and/or webpage, and have redirects if possible. This way, you can recommend a resource and still use a domain name. When the person goes to the site, they will automatically be cookied to you and you’ll get credit for the sale. You’re not actually “Selling” anything on the Teleseminar itself, but you do profit from peripheral sales. You can actually use this model in conjunction with Teleseminar Profit Model #2 and teach a process using the guest experts as resources.
Teleseminar Profit Model #5: Coaching Program
“Continuity” is the buzzword these days among marketers, but many people get bogged down with this technology or that technology. The simplest way to run a coaching program is through teleseminars. You can train one to many which leverages your time and you can also offer the recordings as downloadable MP3s or physical CDs that you fulfill on a monthly basis depending on the price point. You can earn anywhere from $47 per person per month upwards of several hundred per month depending on your strategy. Think about it… just 100 people paying $100/month is $10,000 month residual income using JUST teleseminars!
We could go on and on with ways that you could use teleseminars to rake in the cash! But, this should give you a sampling of some strategies that you can implement today. The beauty is that it doesn’t matter how big or small your list is, you can start using teleseminars today in order to give your bank account a boost!
