P.S.  The other day, I received a number of questions on something I mentioned about Craig.  I said,

“…recently, Craig started a new, niche business with a former client of his.  Before even lifting a finger to develop the marketing systems for the initial clients, he was able to collect $84,000 in fees, ahead of time! (Oh, and by the way, this was the second time he did this.  The first time, in the Pre-Foreclosure area, he collected $45,000.)  What made this new venture particularly spectacular though, was that 3 weeks prior to signing up, these folks had never even so much as heard Craig’s name before!  In the Pre-Foreclosure business, each of the clients involved were already (at a minimum) newsletter subscribers of his.”
