Santa Barbara Was Friggin Awesome…And Denny’s Was Good Too!

Yesterday, I saw the Pacific Ocean. Now, I’ve seen it before…multiple times. But seeing it in Santa Barbara was incredibly powerful. This picture doesn’t do it justice, but at least you get a shot of it….

Short Sale Genius Trent Chapman and I outside out Denny’s

In case you don’t know, speaking in a restaurant is one of the worst environments. Also I only had 25 minutes to speak! My presentation easily goes for an hour! Oh yeah there were only 10 people!

Some speakers wouldn’t even do it. But I am in the business of transforming lives…getting them to where they want to go.

I guess you could say I’m in the transportation business. And you never know who will be in the room and what will come from it.

So my lesson today is always look for a way to turn those lemons into lemonade. And be prepared. Be prepared to talk faster and remove stories! That’s what I did! What a ride.
