I found this site www.mdhealthservices.net on the internet and am going to do a site review.
This site does a great job with content on the front page. I would have like to seen where they are located geographically so that the search engines could position them in a search. It is very rich in text and informative like any good front page should be. In addition, it is very graphical and pleasing to the eye, which makes the user take a couple seconds to tick around.
The one thing I would recommend is that it have some sort of lead capture on the front page. They do have a standard contact us form on another page, but really this site needs to offer an enticement (i.e. bonus report) of have a newsletter lead capture form.

It’s that time of year again and I’ve been inspired to crank up the publicity machine. The way I’m going to do that is by writing a book.
Are you thinking…oh great another book?
Yep. It’s about success, law of attraction, mindset, and of course my favorite subject marketing!
If you’re out there and you want to absolutely dominate your field, write a book. It’s instant credibility. Just think, if you’re a real estate agent or mortgage broker and you handed someone a book instead of a business card. What kind of business do you think you’d generate?
