“Marketing, Marketing, Marketing”…says Jeff Kaller this weekend at the Greensboro Event. In your business, you must outsource hourly jobs. By working on your business rather than in it, you have the greatest ability to grow and epand your business. Automate, and systemize what you can, then outsource the rest. As a business owner you must work on your Marketing.
For this reason, I believe that this is one thing you shouldn’t outsource. Nobody knows your business like YOU do. What do you think: outsource your marketing or not?
